As a Permit Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the safe and efficient delivery of work across the site. You’ll coordinate Control of Work and Permit-to-Work processes, ensuring documentation, isolations and permit conditions are properly managed before, during and after work. Working closely with contractors and internal teams, you’ll help identify potential risks, maintain accurate records and ensure work is carried out in line with site procedures and safety requirements.

About you
You’re an organised and detail-focused professional with strong communication and people skills, who can remain calm and confident in a busy operational environment. Experience working with permits, contractors or within a similar operational setting would be advantageous, alongside an understanding of Permit-to-Work, Control of Work and RAMS documentation.
You’ll be comfortable managing multiple priorities, using digital systems and Microsoft Office, and working independently while knowing when to escalate concerns. You’ll have the confidence to challenge incomplete or non-compliant information appropriately and build positive, professional relationships with contractors, visitors and colleagues.
