This position is responsible for performing a wide variety of technical and specialized duties to ensure compliance with applicable City codes and ordinances, for permitting plans and licensing requirements.

The Permit and License Review Analyst will be a part of the Right of Way Management Division (ROW). The position will perform a variety of technical work involved in the review, acceptance and processing of City right of way permits. This position will serve as point of contact to provide information to contractors, property owners, development professionals, and the general public regarding the interpretation and application of City policies, procedures, and licensing requirements.
Pay Rate: $26.03 - $31.04 per hour.
Location: Permitting and Development Center – 6310 Wilhelmina Delco Drive, Austin, TX 78752
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Hours may vary depending on departmental needs and initiatives.
