Reed Chester is growing and we're looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant or ambitious sales professional to join our successful team.
This is a true 360 recruitment role, giving you ownership of your own specialist market. You'll be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, sourcing top talent, and managing the recruitment process from initial brief through to placement.
At its core, this is a sales role. You'll spend time speaking with clients and candidates, identifying opportunities, and building long-term relationships that generate results. What you'll be doing
Winning new business through proactive sales activity, networking and client meetings
Building and developing long-term relationships with clients across the region
Sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates into permanent roles
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy qualification through to offer stage
Growing your own specialist market and establishing yourself as a trusted recruitment partner
