Salary £34,000 – £45,000 + uncapped bonus.
Technology Recruitment Consultant (high-billing desk)

Location: Bristol (hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days remote)

Are you a proven technology or IT recruitment consultant who consistently exceeds targets?
Join a high-performing technology recruitment team where you will take full ownership of a permanent desk, work with established clients, and maximise your earnings through a genuinely uncapped commission structure.
You will have the autonomy and support to scale your billings quickly in a high-demand technology market, focusing solely on permanent recruitment.
What you will be doing
Owning and developing your technology recruitment desk (permanent only)
Building and managing high-value client relationships
Driving new business and expanding existing accounts
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from brief through to onboarding
Delivering permanent recruitment solutions across IT and technology roles
Consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets
What we are looking for
Proven experience in technology or IT recruitment within an agency environment
Strong track record of billing success, ideally within permanent recruitment
Confidence managing fees, rates and senior stakeholders
Commercially driven with a target-focused mindset
Self-sufficient, motivated and results-oriented
Please note that this role requires prior technology recruitment experience. Applications without this will not be considered.
