You’ll be joining a collaborative, high‑performing team with strong brand recognition and access to an extensive client and candidate network.
As a Recruitment Consultant in Accountancy & Finance, you will manage a full 360° desk, recruiting qualified and part‑qualified finance professionals across commerce and practice.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing and developing relationships with SME and corporate clients
Advising clients on market conditions, salaries and hiring strategies
Winning new business through proactive BD and referral generation
Sourcing and headhunting finance professionals across multiple levels
Managing the end‑to‑end recruitment process
Delivering a high‑quality, compliant service to both clients and candidates
Market‑leading uncapped bonus scheme
