£26,000–£36k (inc. OTE)

Reed Wolverhampton is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to manage and grow a specialist market, with the freedom to build your desk and earn uncapped commission along the way.

The Role

This is a full 360° recruitment position, covering everything from business development through to placing candidates.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Generating new business through calls, meetings and networking

• Managing and developing relationships with clients

• Handling the full recruitment process from brief to offer

• Sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates

• Working towards agreed financial and activity targets

This is a hands-on, people-focused role, suited to someone who enjoys being on the phone, meeting clients and getting results.
