
The Mt. Lebanon School District has an immediate need for a Permanent Substitute Special Education Emotional Support Teacher at Lincoln Elementary School for the remainder of the 2026-2027 school year.
This is a full-time, on-site, temporary assignment through June 7, 2027.
This position will be eligible for a prorated salary based on step 1 of the teachers' salary schedule to be calculated using the daily rate for total days to be worked. Daily rates start at $297 depending upon degree credential.
The position is also eligible for paid time off in the form of sick and personal days and individual health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
In order to be eligible to apply, the candidate must hold an active Special Education Certificate from the Pennsylvania Department of Education.

Applicants with pending certifications through the PA Department of Education may be considered with college/university placeholder letter stating completion of a PDE approved teacher preparation program and evidence of passing scores on certification examinations.
