About the Role

We are seeking a professional and people-focused Permanent Night Shift Officer Level 5 to join our team in Pyrmont, Sydney NSW This is a full-time position where you will play a key role in ensuring the safety and security of everyone in the building.

You will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment after hours. You will conduct routine patrols of the premises, CCTV, provide access control and be the first point of contact for any incident responses. Your ability to balance security responsibilities with strong interpersonal and communication skills will be essential to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Static Guarding, with control access responsibilities and access pass verification
• Patrol Duties Including proactive monitoring, critical incident response, infrastructure checks

Hours/Roster: 18:00-06:00 - Rotating Roster [Monday-Sunday]

Skills & Experience:

• Current 1AC Security Licence (Required)
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (Required)
• Current Police Check [Last 3-4 Months is sufficient] (Required)
• Employee Working with Children's Check
• Strong interpersonal communication and report-writing skills
• High Punctuality and presentation Standards
• Physically fit and capable of performing the required duties
• Strong Customer Service Focus
• Corporate background desired
