We believe rural healthcare hiring should be transparent, thoughtful, and built on real connection.
That means:
You see the hospital, role, and community up front
You have a real conversation with us, not just submit a resume
Your experience and leadership story are shared directly with decision makers
Rural Staffing Services serves as the first step in this process.
To be considered, please apply through Rural Staffing Services.
If you apply directly to the hospital, we may not be able to include you in this process.
This is a leadership opportunity to shape surgical services in a nationally recognized rural hospital where your decisions directly impact patient care, team culture, and operational excellence.

In a setting like this, your voice matters, your leadership is seen, and your work truly changes outcomes.
Some roles are about the job.
This one is also about how you want to live.
Dillon offers something different:
Blue ribbon fly fishing just minutes from town
Backcountry, cross-country, and downhill skiing
Wide open landscapes and quiet that resets your nervous system
A strong, connected community where people know each other
Home to the University of Montana Western
A slower, more grounded pace of life without losing purpose
This is the kind of place where leaders stay because life feels good outside of work too.
