Perioperative Practitioner - Orthopaedic Scrub | Norwich | 37.5 or 30 hours per week | Monday – Friday | Rotational Weekends | Market Leading Salary | About Spire Norwich Hospital

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Perioperative Practitioner with major orthopaedic scrub expertise to join our well-established theatre team. You will play a key role in supporting patients through their perioperative journey and ensuring the highest standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exemplary planned care for patients during the perioperative stage.
• Assist in managing and organising care within the Scrub/Recovery team.
• Work collaboratively across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Assess patient needs, implement and evaluate care plans.

What We’re Looking For

• HCPC registered ODP or NMC registered Nurse (no restrictions).
• Minimum 1 year major orthopaedic scrub experience (hips, knees, shoulders, spinal).
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Flexible, positive attitude.
• Desirable: Surgical First Assist (SFA) qualification
• Full time 37.5 hours per week or Part time 30 hours per week
