Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Accurately weigh formulas and prepare trial oils, dilutions, and IPCs for flashpoint testing.

• Manage raw and packaging material orders, including urgent requests and stock refreshes via SAP.

• Create and track application tasks in SAP, ensuring alignment with perfumer instructions.

• Maintain organized records of perfumer creations and trial oils using Excel.

• Retrieve raw materials and prepare samples for perfumer training and evaluations.

• Ensure material consistency from Jurong plant in terms of color, odor, and physical state.

• Prepare smelling strips and compound dilutions for perfumer approval and testing.

• Supervise and prioritize tasks for junior assistants to support lab efficiency.

• Maintain lab cleanliness, equipment functionality, and report abnormalities or near-miss incidents.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Diploma in Chemical or any other relevant discipline

• Basic compounding knowledge

• Familiar with using SAP tools for logistic and material request

• Practice safety and good housekeeping

• Basic computer knowledge
