Our current vacancy | Full-time | Long-term | REMOTE

Responsibilities:

• Conduct performance testing, full-link pressure testing, fault drill exercises, and develop a comprehensive set of fault scenarios to ensure system stability.
• Drive the achievement of business stability metrics, including SLA and MTTR.
• Continuously refine testing methodologies, tools, and platforms based on test outcomes to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Over 3 years of experience in performance testing or stability assurance.
• Familiarity with software development and system architecture, understanding common architectural vulnerabilities and governance methods.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Java, Go, or Python.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to proactively identify business risks and develop testing or drill scenarios.
• Experience in optimizing testing methods and improving testing tools and platforms based on execution results.
• Prior involvement in large-scale business stability assurance projects is preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese will be highly advantageous.
