Job Description


We are looking for a skilled Performance Tester with strong expertise in performance testing tools, scripting, and result analysis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Apache JMeter and Groovy scripting, a background in SaaS applications, and a good understanding of Agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using JMeter with Groovy scripting.
  • Analyze test results, identify performance bottlenecks, and provide optimization recommendations.
  • Generate meaningful and actionable performance test reports for technical and business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure application performance meets business expectations.
  • Work on SaaS-based applications to validate scalability, reliability, and responsiveness.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectives.
  • Document performance testing strategies, test plans, and results.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Proficiency in JMeter for load, stress, and endurance testing.
  • Strong Groovy scripting skills for custom test logic and data handling.
  • Ability to create clear, concise, and insightful performance reports
  • Experience working with SaaS applications
  • Solid understanding of Agile software development
  • Hands-on experience in software testing methodologies and best practices.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines for automated performance testing.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for performance test execution.
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools (Grafana, Kibana, New Relic, etc.).
