Job Title: Performance Specialist, Program Development
Location: Newtown, PA
We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and client-focused Performance Specialist, Program Development to join our growing team at Epic Sports Biomechanics. In this role, you will combine your expertise in sports performance, exercise science, and athlete development with Epic's advanced biomechanical technologies to evaluate athletes, develop individualized training programs, and deliver data-driven performance solutions.
The Performance Specialist will conduct physical and biomechanical assessments, create and oversee Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and work directly with athletes ranging from youth and high school competitors to collegiate and adult athletes. This role requires a passion for athlete development, injury mitigation, and performance enhancement, as well as the ability to communicate complex biomechanical concepts in an actionable way.
