Job Description


Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
  • Experience working with digital organizations.
  • Experience in product and customer strategy.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience developing customer relationships to support product adoption.
  • Experience identifying key internal stakeholders to build network and contribute to cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to develop relationships with customers acting as a product SME for customers and agencies.
  • Ability to translate client business needs into product adoption opportunities.

In this role, you will help to activate Google’s business strategy for our advertisers and will be ultimately responsible for driving adoption of our advertising solutions. Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and problem-solving abilities shapes how new and existing businesses grow. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you will provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You will anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business.Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Educate the ecosystem and work with Sales and Agency teams to prioritize short, mid, and long-term actions for Search products and solutions.
  • Develop goals, client lists, and narratives, and execute selling of product priorities in partnership with Sales and Agency.
  • Co-develop and co-own the product strategy for Search solutions.
  • Help Sales and Agency influence customers to increase the adoption of performance solutions to maximize business outcomes.
  • Execute go-to-market plan to drive search solutions successfully in the region.
