Performance Review Officer

Permanent

Grade C - £35,412 - £41,771

Consultation grade - subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review

Working 36.5 hours per week

We are looking to recruit a detail‑focused and organised Performance Review Officer to provide high‑quality administrative and performance support to the Disrepair and Litigation Team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring effective case management, accurate data handling and the smooth day‑to‑day running of the service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing efficient and professional administrative support to the Disrepair and Litigation team
  • Administering housing disrepair and litigation casework, including logging, updating and maintaining case records and documentation
  • Coordinating information to support case progression by liaising with Legal Services, surveyors, contractors and internal teams
  • Acting as a first point of contact for routine enquiries, identifying urgent issues and escalating where appropriate
  • Supporting meetings and case management activity, including arranging meetings, preparing paperwork and issuing actions or outcomes
  • Maintaining and administering service systems, ensuring accurate data input, monitoring and retrieval of information
  • Producing statistical, performance and case‑related information to support service monitoring and reporting

About you:

  • Experience of data entry, maintaining databases and extracting performance information
  • Confident using Excel (including charts and tables) and Word to analyse and present data
  • Experience of using and interrogating service systems such as Northgate (or similar housing systems)
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage large data sets accurately
  • Able to work in a pressurised environment and respond to non‑standard or competing demands
  • Effective communicator, able to work with internal teams, external partners and stakeholders
  • Self‑motivated, organised and able to work on your own initiative
  • Willing to undertake further training as required
