Job Description

Manage the Performance Management Framework, including the design, implementation, administration, and communication. Also share best practices, improve current policies or propose new initiatives

• Ownership of the Performance Management Framework, including the design, implementation, administration, and communication
• Demonstrated experience in using Performance Management System (HRIS) functionality to efficiently deploy end to end Performance Management activities
• Targeted performance management processes improvements, to drive accelerated business adoption and performance culture
• Ensure Manager enablement configuration, and resources to help the business optimise the Performance Management functionality are deployed
• Design, develop, implement and drive relevant HR policies
• Assess, control and monitor important Compliance-related risks
• Identify gaps or conflicts in existing processes and proactively monitor and measure internal control effectiveness, develop and own action items to remediate identified issues
• Work with multiple stakeholders and functions to coordinate HR processes
• Partner with HR teams to share best practices, improve current policies or propose new initiatives
• Benchmark with other industry organizations to keep abreast of trends in the industry and current best practices/techniques
• Share HR and compliance best practices with the team and business functions
• Manage or participate on special projects/programs/continuous improvement initiatives as needed

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Performance Management System Design and Implementation
• Demonstrated track record in designing, developing, implementing, and driving HR policies that support organizational goals
• Must be fluent in English
• Willing to be located in Jakarta
