We are not looking for a passive "campaign-setter" who just clicks buttons and spends budgets. We need a Performance Media Lead with a strong "Commercial Mindset"—someone who looks at ad metrics but fundamentally sees Revenue and Profit. You will be the orchestrator who balances Data with Stakeholder Communication. Most importantly, you are proactive, open-minded, and ready to Go the Extra Mile to crush any obstacles and hit the revenue targets by any means necessary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, allocate, and optimize paid ad budgets across channels, focusing heavily on the bottom-funnel to drive actual business revenue.

  • Lead strategies and operate campaigns to drive GMV/Sales via Social Commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Meta/M-Commerce, Livestreaming Ads, and Affiliate Marketing).

  • Stay ahead of the curve. Continuously test, adapt to, and master the fast-changing algorithms of Meta and especially TikTok Ads.

2. Stakeholder Connection & Creative Optimization

  • Analyze ad data to provide Constructive Feedback to the content team. Translate data into actionable creative insights to produce high-converting hooks, videos, and images.

  • Act as the core point of contact to challenge, review, and drive external agencies. Ensure they deliver on KPIs, stay aligned with business goals, and avoid wasted spend

  • Collaborate closely tosync brand messaging with performance tactics, ensuring ads drive instant conversions at the lowest cost without hurting brand equity.

3. Problem Solving & Team Leadership

  • Take full ownership. When ad accounts get banned, pixels drop, or performance dips, you don't just report the issue—you proactively find and execute immediate workarounds to keep the numbers flowing.

  • Manage, mentor, and inject a revenue-driven culture into the internal Media Buying team.

Job Requirements

  • Every decision starts with "How much revenue does this spend generate?". We don't accept "spending the budget" as a completed KPI.

  • You hunt for problems before they happen and look for new solutions You do not get comfortable with outdated playbooks.

  • Highly resilient under heavy target pressure. You possess a "find a way or make one" attitude to resolve issues and bring the revenue home.

  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, with at least 1–2 years in a Lead or Sub-lead role managing a team or large-scale agencies.

  • Proven track record of scaling sales and lowering costs on TikTok Shop and Meta Ads recently.

  • Solid grasp of tracking systems (Attribution Models, GA4, GTM) to confidently challenge data with agencies and internal teams.

  • Excellent at using raw data to back your arguments, but possesses the high emotional intelligence (EQ) needed to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
