In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing multi-channel performance marketing campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions for our diverse portfolio of clients.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across multiple channels, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other digital platforms.
• Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and achieve KPIs such as CPA, CPC, ROAS, and LTV.
• Utilize a deep understanding of digital analytics and data to perform A/B testing, optimize landing pages, and refine audience targeting strategies.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Content, and Analytics, to ensure cohesive and impactful marketing strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, performance marketing, and growth hacking.
• Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth mindset within the team.
• Develop detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize campaign performance.
