Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital media buying strategies across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and programmatic platforms.
• Conduct audience research and media planning to reach relevant student segments.
• Build full-funnel campaign strategies aiming for awareness, engagement, and conversion.
• Set up, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns to achieve KPIs (CPL, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate).
• Conduct A/B and multivariate testing for creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
• Track daily performance and adjust budgets and targeting to maximize results.
• Generate weekly and monthly performance dashboards showing spending, results, and insights.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas of improvement.
• Present performance reports and recommendations to Marketing leadership.
• Coordinate with the design team to develop performance-driven visuals and copy.
• Give data-based guidance on the type of creative that performs best per platform.

• Ensure proper pixel installation, event tracking, and conversion setup.
• Work with developers and agencies to troubleshoot tracking or attribution issues.
• Manage digital advertising budgets and allocate spending efficiently across platforms.
• Work with media vendors and partners when needed while negotiating best rates.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience running paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and tracking tools.
• Ability to manage budgets and work with performance KPIs.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Excellent understanding of lead generation funnels and paid acquisition strategies.
• Knowledge of CRM lead tracking and pixel implementation is a strong advantage.
• Experience with project management software tools
• Experience in education or agency environments is a plus.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
3-5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or media buying.
Strong communication skills and ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders.
