About the Role:

We are seeking a highly analytical Performance Marketing Specialist to own the execution of our Google Paid channel globally. You will be the master of our Google Ads accounts.

What You’ll Do:

  • Campaign Execution: Manage the day-to-day operations of Google campaigns.
  • Landing Page Optimization: Run A/B tests on landing pages to improve Quality Scores and Conversion Rates.
  • Audience Segmentation: Build and refine audience lists to target high-value B2B buyers.
  • Reporting: Track daily and weekly performance metrics, providing actionable insights to the Performance Lead.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads.
  • Strong proficiency with spreadsheets.
  • A "scientist" mindset, you love testing hypotheses and analyzing data.
  • Experience with Hubspot is a plus.
