Job Description

We are currently seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a Full-Time position based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our paid marketing campaigns across various digital channels to drive growth and maximize return on investment. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with a passion for digital marketing and a strong analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

* Develop, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
* Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using key metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates to provide actionable insights.
* Conduct thorough A/B testing of ad copy, landing pages, and creative assets to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
* Manage campaign budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation of funds to achieve performance goals.
* Perform in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
* Collaborate closely with the content and design teams to create compelling and high-performing ad creatives.
* Stay informed of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing and the wider digital landscape.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in a performance marketing role or a similar digital marketing position.
* Hands-on experience with major advertising platforms, particularly Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads.
* Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data visualisation tools.
* A solid understanding of the digital marketing funnel and key performance indicators.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is desirable.
* Experience in the B2B or SaaS technology sector would be a significant advantage.
