Natech Banking Solutions is a leading European fintech company with nearly 20 years of experience in developing advanced banking systems for major financial institutions. Headquartered in Ioannina, with offices in Athens, Switzerland, and Germany, Natech is at the forefront of digital banking innovation. Our comprehensive product suite includes core banking systems and digital engagement tools, enabling financial institutions to deliver exceptional service. In partnership with Piraeus Bank, we are also developing Snappi, Greece’s first digital-only bank. That’s where you come in.

We’re expanding into new territories and customer segments, and we’re looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist to strengthen our digital presence in a B2B environment. You’ll own and optimize our digital channels — website, SEO, paid campaigns, and social — running inbound and paid activity that contributes directly to demand generation, in close collaboration with product, sales, and design.

This is a high-impact role with clear ownership, measured primarily on Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs). The ideal candidate is data-driven and detail-oriented, comfortable across both organic and paid platforms, and familiar with B2B dynamics and longer sales cycles — including evolving AI-driven search. Responsibilities:

• Manage and continuously optimize the company website for performance, user experience, and conversion

• Develop and execute SEO strategy using SEMrush — on-page, technical, and content

• Set up, run, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads / paid social, retargeting) within an assigned budget, managing spend and pacing toward CPL/CPA and MQL targets

• Maintain conversion tracking and run A/B tests on creative, audiences, and landing pages

• Support initiatives to improve visibility in AI-driven and generative search

• Plan, create, and publish on-brand social media content across platforms

• Analyze performance across website, SEO, paid, and social, and turn it into actionable insight

• Collaborate with product, sales, and design to keep messaging and brand voice consistent across channels

• Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

• 3–5 years in digital or performance marketing (or a similar role)

• Experience in B2B, SaaS, or tech environments preferred

• Strong grasp of SEO, website optimization, and social media management

• Hands-on experience running paid campaigns on at least one major platform (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads / paid social)

• Comfort with paid metrics (CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS) and a working understanding of conversion tracking and attribution

• Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console)

• Familiarity with CMS platforms and basic technical SEO

• Experience with AI-driven search and digital trends

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Fluency in English (written and spoken)

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

• Attention to detail and a proactive, hands-on approach
