Job Description

Amobeez is on the hunt for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our innovative team. If you live and breathe Meta Ads, thrive on high-stakes budgets, and know how to leverage AI to crush KPIs, we want to talk.

In this role, you won’t just manage campaigns—you’ll own the strategy and execution for global growth, scaling our customer base through a mix of technical precision and creative experimentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Campaign Management: Lead "hands-on" execution of advanced user acquisition strategies across major social platforms, primarily Meta.
  • Scale & Optimize: Monitor and refine high budgets to maximize ROI and hit aggressive growth targets.
  • Data Storytelling: Utilize Excel, Looker Studio, and internal BI systems to extract insights, identify trends, and pivot strategies based on hard data.
  • Creative Collaboration: Partner with our Creative Studio and Content teams to define high-impact messaging and ensure brand cohesion.
  • Rigorous Testing: Design and execute continuous A/B tests on creatives, funnels, and technical setups to find the "winning" path to conversion.
  • Market Expansion: Conduct deep-dive market research to identify and penetrate new verticals for business growth.

Requirements

  • Proven Track Record: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing (UA, Media Buying, or Performance Analysis) within a performance-driven company.
  • Platform Expertise: Mastery of Meta Ads is required; proficiency in Google Ads is a significant advantage.
  • High-Stakes Experience: Direct experience managing large-scale global campaigns (minimum $500k monthly spend) with a proven ability to maintain a positive ROI at scale.
  • AI-Driven: Proficiency in using AI tools to generate high-converting copy, video, and static assets (this is a must-have).
  • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable with the technical nuances of tracking and attribution; you enjoy diving deep into the "why" behind the numbers.
  • Agile & Proactive: A "can-do" attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills in both Hebrew and English.
  • Availability: Willingness to monitor campaigns and handle urgent matters outside of standard working hours.
  • Experience in Affiliate Marketing or E-commerce.(advantage)
