What You'll Do
You'll be the kind of person who:
Owns our paid acquisition strategy across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta from planning through optimization
Builds a predictable inbound pipeline that delivers qualified opportunities to Sales every month
Develops SEO, AEO, and AI search strategies that help Staff Domain win high-intent traffic before competitors do
Creates, tests, and optimizes landing pages, forms, and conversion funnels that turn visitors into meetings
Uses data to improve campaign performance, lower acquisition costs, and maximize marketing ROI
Leads creative direction by partnering closely with our content writer and design support team
Builds clear attribution and reporting so every marketing dollar is tied back to business outcomes
Works closely with Sales to define qualified leads and continuously improve lead quality and conversion
