Your territory

As part of our Performance Marketing team, you will:

• Manage and optimize paid social campaigns across key markets, focusing on creative direction and strategy optimization
• Develop and execute impactful ad creatives in collaboration with marketing and design teams to ensure alignment with brand and platform best practice
• Coordinate A/B testing efforts and analyze results to drive strategic campaign improvements
• Explore and evaluate new platforms, expanding our advertising reach and identifying high-impact growth opportunities
• Stay ahead of industry trends and translate them into actionable strategies for growth
• Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better – you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
• Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level

Your profile

Key requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in social Media advertising with a strong preference for Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram); experience with TikTok Ads or other platforms is a plus
• Demonstrated proficiency with digital marketing principles and tools like Google Analytics and Looker Studio
• Strong creative and analytical thinking abilities, coupled with a proactive attitude
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Valid Austrian work permit
