The Performance Marketing Manager (Paid Search) is tasked with leading the strategy, execution, and refinement of paid search campaigns to meet client business goals. This position entails managing client relationships, monitoring campaign performance across various accounts, and mentoring a team of analysts to ensure high-quality outcomes.
The individual will work closely with internal teams, platform partners, and client stakeholders to create strategic campaign strategies, assess performance data, and foster ongoing enhancements across paid search efforts.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and enhancement of paid search initiatives to meet client goals and performance standards.
- Handle daily client interactions and nurture robust stakeholder partnerships to ensure a high level of client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Facilitate quarterly and annual business assessments, delivering performance insights and strategic suggestions to clients.
- Track performance across various accounts while ensuring the health, optimization, and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop account strategies and guarantee the effective implementation of campaign approaches.
- Guide, train, and mentor account associates and senior associates to foster team growth and campaign efficacy.
- Supervise the execution of campaigns, focusing on implementation, optimization, and performance tracking.
- Analyze campaign performance reports and offer actionable recommendations to enhance outcomes.
- Manage relationships with platform partners, vendors, and third-party representatives to remain informed about new features and beta opportunities.
- Identify opportunities for growth and work with account leadership to promote account development.
- Ensure operational efficiency by overseeing deliverables, timelines, and budgets across client accounts.
- Encourage collaboration among client services teams and other marketing channel teams to advance integrated marketing strategies.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in paid search or performance marketing.
- Strong grasp of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) principles and best practices.
- Experience managing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, SA360, Bing Ads, or comparable search engines.
- Proficiency in analytical platforms like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- SA360 certification is an advantage.
