Job Description

About Dolead

Dolead is a global leader in Lead Generation. We power the growth of 200+ clients across 15 countries in Europe & North America, with a team of experts from 13 nationalities, working remotely and from our offices in France and the US.

We partner closely with our clients’ Marketing and Sales teams to turn paid media into measurable pipeline. We launch campaigns fast, connect customer data with confidence, and generate sales-ready leads with a fixed cost per lead

In Boston, we work in a hybrid model (2–3 days/week in the office) to combine focus and collaboration.

The role

We’re hiring a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own performance and growth for a portfolio of Home Services & Remodeling advertisers. This is a visible squad with strong growth potential: you’ll combine strategy, analytics, and execution leadership, while partnering closely with Customer Success and leading Traffic / Paid Acquisition specialists

You’ll be the person who brings clarity when performance moves: what’s happening, why, what we’re doing next — and how we’ll measure impact.

What you’ll do

  • Own performance end-to-end for your portfolio across paid channels (Google, Meta, TikTok; Taboola/Outbrain as needed). Monitor and improve core KPIs (incl. Growth Revenue / Net Revenue, CVR, and quality signals).

  • Diagnose fast, act faster: spot anomalies early, run root-cause analysis (channel / creative / offer / funnel / tracking / market), and turn insights into prioritized squad actions.

  • Build and drive growth plans with the Customer Success Manager: targets, milestones, forecasts, and the execution roadmap to hit them.

  • Lead a squad (Traffic / Paid Acquisition profiles): set priorities, unblock, challenge assumptions, and raise the quality bar — with a “data wins arguments” mindset.

  • Run structured experimentation: design test plans (creative angles, offers, channel mix, landing hypotheses, platform features), decide what scales, and document learnings into repeatable playbooks.

  • Benchmark continuously: track competitor moves, auction pressure, and creative trends to stay ahead — not just react.

  • Stay ahead of the curve on platforms, trends, and emerging marketing tech — and translate that into practical changes your squad can execute.

What success looks like

  • You ramp quickly on Dolead’s model and your portfolio, and you install a clean operating cadence: early detection → clear diagnosis → prioritized actions → measurable impact

  • You build a credible growth narrative for the portfolio (internally and with clients), with milestones and a roadmap the team can execute.

  • You make performance excellence “contagious”: stronger prioritization, better tests, higher quality execution across the squad.

Who you are

Must-have signals

  • 7+ years in performance marketing / growth in a data-driven environment (agency or in-house).

  • Strong expertise on Google Ads + Meta (TikTok is a plus; Taboola/Outbrain a plus).

  • Proven ability to diagnose performance issues, prioritize levers, and drive measurable outcomes.

  • Clear communicator with strong stakeholder management (“no surprises”, structured, decisive).

  • Leadership experience (formal or informal) managing and/or mentoring paid acquisition specialists.

Nice to have (not mandatory)

  • Experience in lead generation and/or Home Services / local markets.

  • Experience working with platform reps (Google / Meta) and leveraging them effectively.

  • Experience building experimentation roadmaps and playbooks across multiple accounts.

🚨 No need to check all the boxes. If you think you are the right person for this job but you have doubts, please apply and we can discuss.
