In this role, you’ll manage a 7-figure annual budget with the autonomy to decide how we scale. You will work at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and Revenue to optimize our path to conversion and drive predictable deals and MRR growth. You will lead the strategy and execution of paid channels for the French market, reporting to our Paid Growth leadership while acting as a strategic partner to our French Marketing Director.
Your mission is to turn investment into a dominant market share by prioritizing revenue efficiency over vanity metrics. This is a high-ownership role where success is measured by the quality of the pipeline you build and its direct impact on our bottom line.
Own the end-to-end management of Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other platforms for the French market.
Optimize a 7-figure annual budget, prioritizing the lowest Cost per Deal and highest MRR impact.
Sync regularly with Sales Development to refine lead quality and improve full-funnel conversion rates.
Lead a relentless test-and-learn roadmap for bidding strategies, audience targeting, and ad formats.
Partner with CRO and Content teams to optimize landing pages and creative assets for higher conversion.
Use data to report on how marketing spend translates into closed-won deals and recurring revenue.
Identify and test new platforms and growth opportunities specific to the French B2B landscape.
Manage our performance tech stack to ensure clean attribution and data-driven decisions.
5+ years of experience in performance marketing (strongly valued: experience in SaaS, B2B, and lead-generation environments).
Advanced technical mastery of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and GA4.
Proven track record managing 7-figure annual budgets with a focus on revenue efficiency.
Analytical mindset with the ability to turn raw data into actionable growth plans.
Hands-on experience with ad copywriting and a strong eye for creative performance.
Self-driven team player comfortable collaborating across international teams and time zones.
Native or bilingual fluency in French and professional English.
