Location: 100% Remote - Based in Spain


Centric Software, a Silicon-Valley based enterprise software company in the FMCG space, is looking for a Global Partner Marketing Manager to lead the worldwide marketing partner strategy.

We’re looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale Paid Media channels across the EMEA region. The role is ideal for someone who thrives on optimization, experimentation, and turning insights into scalable growth. You will lead execution across Paid Social, Programmatic and Partner channels, ensuring efficient an effective customer acquisition and accelerating pipeline delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Support strategy development and implement Paid Media plans across EMEA markets.
  • Lead on campaign configuration, platform maintenance, optimisation and reporting across LinkedIn, Meta, Display and other regional specific Paid Media channels.
  • Plan and execute localized Paid Media campaigns aligned with regional product priorities, regional sales goals, and specific cultural nuances.
  • Continuously test and optimize campaigns for CAC, CPL, ROI, and pipeline contribution.
  • Introduce a regular cycle of Paid Media testing and work with relevant internal stakeholders to identify appropriate A/B tests on creatives, copy, and landing pages.
  • Partner with Analytics teams to track key KPIs and generate actionable insights.
  • Work cross-functionally with Content, Product, Sales, and global Media teams.
  • Localize global campaigns for EMEA -specific trends, languages, and platforms.
  • Support regional events or partner co-marketing through performance channels.
  • Manage Paid Media budgets across markets & channels to maximize commercial output.
  • Evaluate and manage regional agencies, freelancers, or localization partners as needed.
  • Contribute to go-to-market planning for global product launches and campaigns.
Requirements:
Must-Haves
  • 4–6 years’ experience in Performance Marketing or Digital acquisition.
  • Demonstrated success scaling Paid Media channels in the EMEA region.
  • Experience in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Campaign Manager, DV360 & similar.
  • Strong analytical mindset; advanced knowledge of GA4, Looker, or similar BI tools.
  • Comfortable working in English while managing Paid Media campaigns across multiple languages.
Nice-to-Haves:
  • SaaS, B2B, or PLG background.
  • Experience in Marketing Automation tools (e.g., Marketo) & CRMs (e.g. Salesforce).
