Job Description

You're a full-stack performance marketer who eats data for breakfast and converts cold clicks into loyal spenders. You're fluent in affiliate traffic, direct buys, and AI-assisted ad ops You've optimized campaigns on Voluum, scaled across adult (optional) + mainstream traffic sources, and thrive in fast, feedback-driven environments.

Build, scale, and optimize an acquisition engine using affiliate, direct, and paid traffic strategies, while owning every metric from click to LTV

Responsibilities

TRAFFIC & ACQUISITION

  • Drive significant traffic from Meta (FB) and Google search (Main channels)
  • Manage and grow affiliate traffic partnerships recruit, onboard, and optimize affiliates across networks.
  • Drive direct media buys: adult (TrafficJunky, ExoClick), native (MGID, Taboola, Outbrain), push, and more.
  • Build & optimize landing pages, funnels, and AI-enhanced creatives
  • Use Voluum for full attribution, ROI analysis, traffic routing, and fraud detection.
  • Manage designers to deploy ad copy, images, and creatives using AI tools

STRATEGY & GROWTH

  • Master registration funnel optimization to drive conversions
  • Build and execute a multi-channel growth plan tailored to direct + affiliate ecosystems.
  • Constantly test and scale based on ROI, LTV:CAC, retention, drop-off, etc.
  • Drive retention and increase ARPU by setup converting email sequences
  • Scale acquisition and conversion campaigns using first-party behavioral data.

DATA, TOOLS & REPORTING

  • Build and maintain a live performance dashboard traffic source → spend → ROI → conversion → retention.
  • Ensure proper pixeling, tagging, and analytics integrations: Voluum, GA4, Amplitude, etc.
  • Prepare clear weekly reports tracking spend, conversions, cost per action, and cohort behavior.

COMMUNITY & ENGAGEMENT

  • Build and grow a significant brand presence on Twitter/X and Discord
  • Create and test viral loops and user referral programs
  • Support community-led growth through influencer partnerships, giveaways, or social-led campaigns

TEAMWORK & EXECUTION

  • Adhere and own company OKRs to drive focused results
  • Attend daily standups to align tech with marketing goals.
  • Brief and manage designers, copywriters, affiliate managers, and developers.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in performance marketing, with proven experience in affiliate and direct traffic buying.
  • Deep experience with Voluum, campaign routing, fraud protection, and media planning.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta (FB) Ads and Google Search - a must!
  • Ability to build and scale affiliate programs and optimize partner traffic.
  • Experience in building or growing Twitter & Discord communities
  • Strong skills in Google Analytics, Amplitude, UTM strategy, funnel A/B testing, and behavioral analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with AI creative tools.
