About the role, Keynotes:
- Profile – Performance Marketing Manager
- Role – Full-time
- Grade – Associate / Sr. Associate
- Location – Remote - Work from home / anywhere
- Work hours – Mon to Fri - 12 pm to 9 pm IST
What you’ll do?
- Developing, executing, and optimizing cutting-edge digital campaigns from conception to launch
- Platforms - Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, Twitter, Youtube, Instagram
- Working cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization
- Providing ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders
- Defining, measuring, and evaluating relevant paid media KPIs
- Building out media buys for various ad platforms and overseeing the day-to-day execution of paid media
- Overseeing and managing the overall budget for paid media
- Conducting in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping, and audience targeting
- Maintaining knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies
What are we looking for?
- BTech from tier 1 institutions
- 1 to 3 years experience in paid digital advertising or related field, along with exposure in data analytics
- Strong Expertise in Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Youtube Ads, and Twitter Ads
- Ability to derive robust analytics from campaign data for the optimization of campaigns
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, organized, and able to work autonomously
- Understanding of the online advertising industry and social media
- Experience working with Excel/Google sheets for reporting metrics, including constructing pivot tables, a plus
