What is the job?
Own paid social performance at a company transforming access to healthcare.
As Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll lead strategy, execution and optimisation of paid social acquisition across Meta, TikTok and emerging platforms in a highly regulated UK environment. You’ll navigate complex MHRA and platform policies to reach and convert the right audiences, combining deep platform expertise, analytical rigour and creative problem-solving.
This is not a standard paid media role. This is a high-impact role for someone motivated by ownership, challenging constraints and meaningful work.
If you are energised by solving hard problems and delivering meaningful work, this role is for you.
What will you be doing?
You will lead paid social acquisition strategy across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and emerging platforms in the UK and international markets. Including building and optimising campaign frameworks, account structure, testing, and performance strategy. It’s necessary to ensure compliance with MHRA and platform health policies, including managing escalations, whilst partnering with creative teams to deliver high-performing, compliant assets.
You will own our advanced paid social setups, including tracking, conversion events, audience segmentation and attribution in a GDPR-compliant environment. This includes managing large paid media budgets, driving ROI, optimising performance using data analytics, and structured testing.
You will utilise GA4, server-side tracking and attribution modelling within health data constraints.
You will analyse campaign and funnel performance to generate commercially meaningful insights within regulated reporting constraints, translating these into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders and hypothesis-led testing.
You will work cross-functionally with teams to deliver compliant, high-performing paid social assets and develop data-driven creative briefs aligned with regulatory constraints.
You will act as the paid social SME, advising on platform policy, compliance and feasibility.
You will support campaign execution and optimisation across international markets, adapting to local regulations.
You will contribute to broader paid media strategy across Paid Search and other performance channels, whilst also assisting with demand forecasting, capacity planning and channel mix optimisation.
What do you need?
You have at least 6+ years’ experience in paid digital performance marketing, managing large-scale paid social budgets (£100k+/month), where you have been hands-on across Meta and TikTok, including campaign architecture, audience strategy and technical setup.
You have experience in regulated advertising environments, with knowledge of MHRA or equivalent healthcare standards and you have developed acquisition strategies within these strict compliance constraints.
You enjoy ‘being in the data’; leveraging performance data, attribution and conversion funnels, including low-data environments.
You have technical proficiency in tracking, GA4 and consent-led frameworks.
You are comfortable being highly autonomous, able to manage complex workloads whilst delivering commercial outcomes and collaborating with multiple stakeholders across different teams.
