CloudTechX is a blockchain-based financial technology platform specialising in over-the-counter (OTC) trading and near-instant settlement services. The core offering revolves around fast, compliant AUD settlement for major crypto assets (BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC), supported by institutional-grade infrastructure.

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in driving qualified institutional leads, improving acquisition efficiency, and enabling revenue growth through digital performance channels.

Performance Marketing Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies across paid channels (SEM, social media ads, display, retargeting)
• Manage campaign budgets and optimise for maximum ROI across all acquisition channels
• Build tracking frameworks that capture every meaningful user interaction
• Execute rigorous A/B testing methodologies to continuously improve conversion rates
• Analyse user acquisition funnels and identify optimisation opportunities

Analytics & Reporting

• Transform complex metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates) into actionable strategies and create reporting dashboards that tell stories.
• Develop targeting segments that find our perfect customers
• Develop dashboards to visualise performance and communicate results to stakeholders
• Implement advanced targeting and segmentation strategies across platforms
• Work with technical teams to optimise landing pages for conversion
• Utilise marketing automation tools to improve campaign efficiency
• Maintain expertise in emerging performance marketing technologies and approaches

Requirements

• 7+ years of performance marketing experience
• Fintech industry knowledge deep enough to explain blockchain at a dinner party
• Equal passion for creative campaigns and spreadsheet analysis
• A track record of driving results
