Job Description

Job Location: Corporate - Karachi (KHI) - Karachi, Sindh 75600We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Lead to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate combines deep platform expertise with a data-driven mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the strategy, execution, and performance of digital marketing campaigns across Google,
- Facebook/Meta, and other programmatic platforms.
- Lead the creation and optimization of high-converting landing pages and campaign experiences.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and oversee implementation of on-page SEO best practices.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and ad platform dashboards.
- Run ongoing A/B and multivariate tests on landing pages, ad creatives, and CTAs to maximize conversion rates.
- Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to ensure aligned messaging and optimized customer journeys.
- Maintain and improve SEO health through regular audits, technical fixes, and continuous content updates.
- Report on KPIs, channel performance, and ROI, providing actionable insights and growth opportunities to leadership
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and identify new growth channels and opportunities.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s preferred.

Experience:
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
- Proven experience leading performance marketing initiatives with a strong track record of driving results
- Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and programmatic advertising platforms
- Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) and best practices
- Hands-on experience with CMS and landing page builders (e.g., WordPress)
- Solid understanding of UX principles
- Skilled in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio (or similar analytics platforms)
