Performance Marketing Internship
At Diesel (Milan) we are looking for a Performance Marketing Internship with a strong analytical mindset to support the team in leading Paid campaigns at a global scale. He/She will be part of the E-commerce Department, reporting directly to the Digital Marketing & Analytics Manager.
Responsibilities:
• Support in designing, implementing, and optimizing Paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and Microsoft Advertising;
• Monitor KPIs, creating in-depth reports;
• Collaborate with SEO, CRM, Media, Analytics, and Content teams to integrate Paid activities into omnichannel strategies;
• Support in running A/B tests and continuously improve targeting, creatives, and performance.
Requirements:
• Degree in Digital Marketing or similar; background in fashion/luxury/e-commerce is highly valued;
• Previous experience in agencies or structured companies managing multi-platform paid campaigns is considered a plus;
• Strong knowledge of Office Package; knowledge of Google Ads and other Digital platforms will be considered a plus;
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work with large datasets;
• Fluent English; native or advanced Italian. The knowledge of other foreign languages is considered a plus.
