We are looking for a results-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, monitor, and optimise paid digital marketing campaigns. The role is focused on driving measurable business outcomes through paid advertising, lead generation, campaign optimisation, and data-driven decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, campaign analytics, audience targeting, and conversion tracking, along with a strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and digital acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage campaign budgets and optimise spending to improve ROI, conversions, and lead generation.
- Monitor key performance metrics including CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, conversion rates, and lead quality.
- Conduct keyword research, audience research, competitor analysis, and market research.
- Develop and execute audience targeting and retargeting strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, ad copy, keywords, and landing pages.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking to ensure accurate campaign measurement.
- Use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to analyse user journeys and campaign performance.
- Identify performance trends, campaign inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimisation.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to improve landing pages and conversion journeys.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports and dashboards.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on campaign data and business objectives.
- Maintain accurate campaign records, budgets, reports, and performance trackers.
- Stay updated with changes to advertising platforms, algorithms, targeting capabilities, and digital marketing trends.
- Support broader SEO, SEM, conversion optimisation, and digital acquisition initiatives as required.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, paid advertising, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Strong practical experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Good understanding of paid search, paid social, lead generation, and campaign optimisation.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Understanding of SEO, SEM, conversion tracking, landing-page optimisation, and digital funnels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and identify optimisation opportunities.
- Familiarity with performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and cost per lead.
- Experience with Excel or Google Sheets for campaign reporting and analysis.
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, keyword research, A/B testing, and retargeting.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with creative and content teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Results-oriented approach with a focus on measurable campaign outcomes.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to experiment, learn, and continuously improve campaign performance.
