Job Description
People Perfect is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive for its Prestigious Multinational Consumer Electronics client This role will be responsible for managing full-funnel performance marketing across paid media, website conversion optimization, tracking infrastructure, and reporting, with a strong focus on revenue growth, ROAS, and customer acquisition. This is a high-impact individual contributor role that will play a key part in building performance marketing capability for the business, working closely with internal stakeholders, regional teams, and external agency partners.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital acquisition channels.
- Manage and optimize Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, Remarketing, Dynamic Product Ads, and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Drive e-commerce growth by improving website sales, ROAS, CAC, conversion rates, and customer journey.
- Develop first-party data strategies for CRM, audience segmentation, remarketing, and customer lifecycle marketing.
- Manage Google Merchant Center, product catalogs, dynamic product feeds, and shopping campaigns.
- Ensure accurate tracking and attribution using Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and Enhanced Conversions.
- Support website optimization through landing page improvements, product updates, basic HTML/CSS changes, and conversion-focused UI/UX enhancements.
- Build performance dashboards, analyze campaign results, and provide actionable insights to drive business growth.
- Work closely with media agencies and collaborate with Sales, E-commerce, Product, and Regional Marketing teams to achieve commercial objectives.
- Utilize reporting and analytics tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau to monitor and improve marketing performance.
Qualification & Experience:
- 4–6 years of experience in performance marketing, digital media buying, and e-commerce growth.
- Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Shopping, and paid media campaigns.
- Experience managing direct-to-consumer (D2C) e-commerce performance.
- Strong knowledge of GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, Merchant Center, and marketing analytics.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website content implementation.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to drive performance and business growth.
