The Role

Toyota. Multi-Market Europe. Athens

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive (Junior level) to join our centralized team in Athens, supporting Toyota across multiple European markets.

This role is designed for candidates with at least 12 months of hands-on experience in performance marketing who want to grow within a large-scale, multi-market setup. You’ll actively support Paid Search and Paid Social activity, working alongside senior specialists and local market teams, while strengthening your execution skills, platform confidence, and understanding of performance at scale.

This is not a graduate or entry-level role. It’s a next-step position for someone who already knows the basics and wants to build depth, consistency, and exposure to complex accounts.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the execution of Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns across multiple European markets.

  • Assist with campaign setup, optimisation tasks, and QA to ensure accuracy and consistency.

  • Monitor performance and support analysis through structured reporting and data checks.

  • Support campaign tests and learn how optimisation decisions are made and evaluated.

  • Collaborate closely with senior team members and market teams to ensure smooth delivery.

  • Apply platform best practices and understand how global strategy is adapted locally.

What You Bring

  • At least 12 months of hands-on experience with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads Manager.

  • Working proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel.

  • Basic understanding of performance KPIs, optimisation levers, and paid media fundamentals.

  • Strong attention to detail and reliability in execution.

  • Willingness to learn and confidence operating in a multi-market environment.

  • Professional proficiency in English and Greek.

  • Familiarity with Data Studio is a plus.

  • Google and Meta certifications are a plus.
