Job Description

As a Performance Marketing Coordinator, you will be a key operational partner within the performance marketing team, responsible for keeping campaigns organized, aligned, and moving forward. You will manage the processes, timelines, and communication that support our performance marketing initiatives, while also providing light, hands-on support in the execution of campaigns across search and social channels when needed.

This role is primarily focused on operational excellence and cross-functional coordination, with secondary involvement in campaign execution to ensure campaigns launch smoothly and perform as expected.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Operations & Coordination:

  • Manage the day-to-day processes and workflows that support performance marketing campaigns from planning through launch and reporting.
  • Track timelines, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure campaigns stay on schedule and teams remain aligned.

Calendar & Task Management:

  • Own and maintain the performance marketing calendar, including campaign timelines, creative deadlines, and key milestones.
  • Assign, track, and follow up on tasks to ensure commitments are met.

Cross-functional Communication:

  • Act as a central point of contact between performance marketing, creative, content, analytics, and external partners.
  • Ensure clear communication around campaign objectives, requirements, and timelines.

Campaign Execution Support (Secondary):

  • Provide support for the execution of performance marketing campaigns across paid search and paid social channels, including campaign setup, trafficking, and QA.
  • Assist with basic performance monitoring, reporting, and optimization in collaboration with channel owners.

Meetings & Documentation:

  • Coordinate team meetings, document decisions, and track action items to completion.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for campaigns, processes, and workflows.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, tools, and communication to increase efficiency and scalability across the performance marketing team.

Budget & Resource Tracking:

  • Assist with tracking budgets, timelines, and resource allocation across digital initiatives to support efficient execution.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, marketing operations, or a related field.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Clear, concise communicator who can keep cross-functional teams aligned.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing channels, including paid search and paid social, with a working understanding of campaign execution.
  • Experience using project management and marketing tools.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a bias toward action.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
