Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven track record in performance marketing, with expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media platforms.
• Ad Management Expertise: Experience managing and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, Social Media, Email Marketing (Klaviyo), and more.
• Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager.
• Budget Management: Ability to manage and optimize budgets for maximum impact.
• Optimization Knowledge: familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
• Creativity & Detail: Creative problem-solving skills paired with great attention to detail

Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management: Develop and execute high-performance marketing campaigns across paid search, social media, display, and more.
• Ad Management: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Social Media Ads, Email Marketing (Klaviyo), and other relevant channels.
• Data Analysis & Optimization: Analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and achieve maximum ROI.
• A/B Testing: Conduct experiments and allocate budgets effectively to maximize results.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to produce high-converting ads and content.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics and adjust strategies to meet business goals.
