  • Review and identify staffing needs within each store, including proper full-time/part-time mix, and makes recommendations for staff movement and adjustments to meet the needs of the business.
  • Coordinate and conduct recruiting blitz and direct recruiting throughout the assigned area.
  • Establish business relationships with local colleges to source talent through the College Recruiting Program, participating in on-campus interviews and information sessions.
  • Assist with the interview and hiring processes, using appropriate hiring guidelines, for qualified job candidates.
  • Monitor staffing and labor budgets for the stores in the area operations managers designated area to confirm properly staffed, and customer sales and service metrics are achieved.
  • Validate accurate completion on new hire onboarding process.
  • Communicate and train team members on performance expectations, performance goals, and standards expectations to all team members, making certain they understand the impact of their performance on company success.
  • Visit stores in the regional area operations manager assigned area to identify successes and areas of opportunity. Partner with regional area operations manager and store managers to address and correct the root cause of any recruiting or training issue and celebrate success.
  • Partner with Performance Manager – Administration/Visual to create and implement training plans for compliance, policies and procedures, and other administrative needs, creating operational efficiencies.
  • Identify training and development needs of store managers and team members in product knowledge, service standards, and sales techniques to achieve sales performance.
  • Create and execute training and development plans within the assigned area.
  • Utilize Net Promoter System performance and feedback within the area operations managers assigned area to identify training needs and promote positive experiences that exceed customer expectations.
  • Provide behavior-based feedback to the regional area operations manager for performance reviews and recommendations for merit increases.
  • Evaluate and provide feedback on team member productivity, overall performance, and efficiency to recommend promotions or other changes in status.

Salary Range: $70k - $90k - Base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job related knowledge, skills and experience, among other factors.
