We’re looking for a Performance Manager to join us at Telia.
I’m Anders Selin, Acting Head of Sales Operations at Telia B2B Sweden, and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. We’re a supportive, forward-thinking organization focused on driving performance management and sales development. In this unit, we design & drive the change agenda – from idea to effect. We define & implement new steering models, working methods and business rules for all customer units, from high velocity sales to advanced bid and risk management in complex solution sales. We develop & reinforce the organization’s skills in both processes and sales methods through training and coaching of our employees and managers across the B2B organization.
What you’ll do:
Ensure that the sales organization for our larger customers (Major Accounts) achieves its goals through defining & conducting systematic follow-up together with sales managers on ways of working, as well as defining and implementing tactical and operational corrective measures as needed. The goal is to develop the business, act proactively and build partnerships to further develop our relationships with our most important customers.

The role requires strong collaboration and communication skills, as you’ll work closely with sales managers and stakeholders across the organization. You need to be proactive, structured, and analytical. A change‑driven and coaching mindset is essential to influence sales behavior and foster continuous learning.
