Take ownership of our performance landscape across international transport operations. You will monitor delivery performance end-to-end, identify improvement opportunities and work closely with stakeholders to drive measurable impact.

Join our team of 11 people and play a key role in optimizing KPIs, improving lead times and ensuring operational excellence across borders.

We value flexibility: you’ll work around 40% on site in Bad Hersfeld, up to 50% from home, and around 10% travelling across Europe.

Your Role:

• Own and drive improvments to lead times and on time delivery performance across first, middle and final mile
• Define and manage KPI targets, ensuring they are ambitious, measurable and aligned with business goals
• Monitor performance, analyze data and identify root causes to implement sustainable improvements
• Participate in weekly and monthly performance reviews, tracking progress and driving accountability
• Manage operational disruptions (e.g. weather, strikes, backlogs) and coordinate recovery actions
• Develop new KPIs, automate reporting and build performance dashboards (e.g. Power BI)

Your Profile:

• Degree in business, management, logistics or a related field
• 5–7 years of experience in performance management, operations or analytics
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and focus on continuous improvement
• Proven ability to take ownership, drive results and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with data analysis tools and performance reporting systems
• Fluent English (C1 level), written and spoken
