About the role
We’re seeking a Performance Manager to provide insightful analysis and performance reporting across Retail & Field Sales. This role focuses on turning complex data into clear insight, helping the business optimise revenue, improve sales effectiveness, and make informed commercial decisions.
Working in a fast-paced, commercial environment, you’ll partner with Sales, Commercial, Marketing and Trading teams to understand performance drivers and identify opportunities for growth.
