What you'll do

• Drive measurable growth by transforming (digital marketing) data into actionable insights that optimize performance across digital channels

• Ensure the delivery of robust analytics frameworks and reporting systems tailored to the needs of growth campaigns, social platforms, and digital tools across the construction value chain

• Enable data-driven decision-making by identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in customer activation and engagement

• Support the continuous evolution of marketing strategies through advanced data analysis, experimentation, and performance measurement

• Contribute to the organization's digital transformation by fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement in marketing effectiveness

Who you are

• Hold a degree in marketing, business analytics, data science, or a related field, with proven experience in digital marketing analytics and performance measurement

• Hands‑on with Tableau, Adobe Analytics, as well as expertise in data visualization

• Proficient in A/B testing and experimentation, with experience optimizing campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels (including social)

• Known for clear, concise communication, you translate complex analysis into actionable narratives for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders

• Motivated by collaboration, you thrive in cross‑functional, international teams and champion ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement
