Performance Marketing:
· Assist in the setup, execution, and optimization of campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok Ads Manager.
· Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (CTR, ROAS, CPA, CPM, CPC, etc.) across paid campaigns.
· Support A/B testing initiatives to improve creatives, copy, audiences, and placements.
· Generate performance dashboards and actionable insights to help scale winning campaigns.
· Coordinate with media agencies to collect, review, and align on media plans, performance summaries, and optimization recommendations.
Influencer Marketing:
· Assist in identifying, onboarding, and coordinating with influencers across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
· Track influencer campaign deliverables and ensure timely execution.
· Monitor content quality, audience engagement, and brand alignment.
· Compile and analyze post-campaign reports (engagement metrics, reach, ROI, content performance).
· Suggest improvements and future influencer collaborations based on data and qualitative feedback.
Data & Analytics:
· Organize and clean marketing data to support reporting and strategic decisions.
· Prepare campaign summaries, weekly performance recaps, and deep-dive analyses using Excel/Google Sheets, Looker Studio, or other analytics tools.
· Collaborate with internal teams to turn campaign data into strategic insights.
Requirements
Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and/or TikTok Ads Manager.
Comfortable with numbers, trends, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel).
Strong organizational skills, especially in managing influencer assets and reporting.
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
Bonus: Familiarity with social media platforms, influencer databases/tools (e.g., Upfluence, CreatorIQ), or reporting dashboards.
