A successful applicant will have a change-oriented, improvement-focused outlook, with a desire to collaborate with multidisciplinary groups to build tools for data management of healthcare processes. This role will support clinics in identifying key metrics to collect, creating tools to support management with tracking and communicating those metrics, and coordinating departmental targets with larger organization-wide strategy. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for assisting with key organizational data, analyzing the data for performance improvement opportunities, and presenting recommendations for implementation.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, EXPERIENCE, AND/OR LICENSURE:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent AND Five (5) years healthcare related quality experience;

OR Bachelor’s degree in Business or other related field AND Six (6) months of healthcare related quality experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:

  1. Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ).

  1. Assists with basic data collection through various methods such as chart reviews of patients, aggregates data, analyzes data for trends, recommends alternative courses of action, and measures success of changes.
  2. Assists with basic data collection and analysis as required to maintain certifications or ensuring optimal reimbursement of services provided.
  3. Assists with development and implementation of physician office patient safety or quality improvement initiatives and assuring success of through the use of appropriate tools to help problem solve and benchmark.
  4. Assists with identifying strategic opportunities for improving preventative screening rates, chronic disease management, and customer satisfaction through basic data analysis.
  5. Provides assistance in analyzing performance data and trends to achieve enterprise-wide Performance Improvement goals ensuring that data is accurate, meaningful, and easily interpreted.
  6. Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy in managing clinical information and proficiency in the required data management tools.
  7. Assists with accurately interpreting data definitions and communicates both verbally and in writing to office supervisors to facilitate improvements.
  8. Tracks and validates data accuracy and timeliness.
  9. Assists clinic office supervisors and front-line staff with the development of user-friendly tools for communicating key processes and outcome indicators in a timely manner.
  10. Researches, analyzes data, and prepares accurate and user friendly reports.
  11. Compiles and trends data and prepares reports for departmental performance improvement indicators.

  5. Detail-oriented with the ability to connect the details to the big picture
