The idealPerformance Executive isadiligent, highly organised individual that can adhere to deadlines and effectivelysupport the Performance Manageron allclients’ requests/tasks.Good communicationskills, understanding aclient’s business are all critical elements to deliver success in this role.
You will be part of a high-performing, dynamic and adaptive team, with an appetite for driving results for the clients on Performance.You will have direct exposure to the other digital specialist teams, accountmanagementand activation teams,with clear opportunities for growth and learning.
Key Responsibilities:
Be responsible fortheimplementation of best practiceSearch& Socialcampaigns
Understand our clients’business challenges and needs and integrate them in the implementation of Search campaigns
Support thePerformance Managerin activating day to day Search& Socialcampaigns
Obtain andmaintainGoogle& Meta Blueprintqualifications as well as other platforms (Bing/SA360TikToketc)
Build effective working relationships with staff and key clients
Manage and coordinate client and internal communications and relationships with respect to Search& Socialcampaigns
Expectation setting for clients and internal team
Sharing of knowledge andexpertiseto clients and internal team
Desired Experience:
Strong understanding of SEM, performance media and biddable landscape, suppliers, and technology
Proven experience in running complex and effective performance media campaigns
Basic understanding ofpaidsocial media and Amazon Ads landscape
Awareness of other digital channels and how they work cohesively is a plus
Excellent written and oral communication and presentation experience
Experience working with and managing clients
Demonstratedability to present your strategic recommendations to external and internal clients using clear and articulated reporting formats
High levelof competence with Microsoft Office packages and Google Sheets
Solid interpersonal and teamwork abilities
