About the Job

Conceive and design ad creatives and landing pages for B2B clients and translate positioning and offers into

designs that perform.

• Design digital creatives and landing pages for clients scaling big budgets.
• Real digital design in Figma, not Canva templates.
• Full creative ownership of design, story and messaging for entire client accounts.
• Direct performance feedback. You see right away what works and iterate fast.

The Role

• Creatives and landing pages. From hook and message to the finished design in Figma, for Google, Microsoft, Meta and LinkedIn.
• Creative strategy. Develops the strategy for new campaigns and joins the strategy meetings.
• Several clients in parallel, with clear expectations on output.
• Berlin, 3+2 hybrid · (first month fully on site)· Google, Microsoft, Meta and LinkedIn · B2B performance.

Requirements

Must-Haves

• Portfolio with own digital designs, e.g. ad creatives, landing pages or web design
• Confident in Figma or professional design tools
• Experience with performance creatives for paid social or paid search, backed by numbers such as CTR, CPL or creative tests
• Ownership and drive, delivers independently and at a high pace
• Fluent in German

Should-Haves (Most should be met)

• Understands B2B target groups and translates positioning and offers into designs
• Experience with Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads creatives
• Structured creative testing with hypothesis, variants and evaluation
• Handles several clients in parallel

Nice-to-Haves

• Agency background
• Motion design or video editing, e.g. After Effects or Premiere
• Uses AI tools for image, video or copy production
• Experience with copywriting or Webflow
